We had a great time on the jungle tour and snorkle trip. Our tour guide was "the love machine" and was quite entertaining. I probably would not do this again but would recommend once.

Truly great excursion all around. The Aquaworld team is organized and has nice gear to use. They have cool little, yellow boats with Yamaha 30s on them. 1st time snorkeling and it was fantastic. Boat ride was about 20 minutes out, snorkeled for about 45 mins (plenty of time) and then 20 minutes back to the dock. The โlove machineโ was a great, enthusiastic guide!

tour guy was great! Had a lot of fun. I personally skipped out on the snorkeling since I donโt swim but my boyfriend said it was great and he saw a lot of fishes!

Birthday celebrations. This was a surprise good book for us! Did not know what to expect but totally worth it!! The snorkel was Amazing!!! Real live ocean fish! Coral! The real life experience.

Great, fun experience. They get lots of customers daily but they move them quickly with different guides to start. If your group is an odd number (3, 5, 7, etc.) they make you wait for another group with an odd number of members, since the boats only fit 2 people. So keep in mind if you are an odd number one family member will ride with a stranger unless no other odd number of visitors shows up. We enjoyed it.

Our tour guide, Cebe was fantastic! The whole family had a fantastic time riding in the boats aaa well as snorkeling. We saw a ton of fish at the reef. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Cancun looking for some fun!

Fantastic trip with my family and friends. Definitely recommend. However beware the Reef tax is $15 if you book direct with Aquaworld but this agent charges you $25 per person! It appears that they are profiteering from a tax!

Custom service is good but $25 docking fee/person is a scam. Local agents ask $15 docking fee and gladly waive the docking fee without much negotiation.

It was a fun experience, but there are some things that are exaggerated and left out. There is a $35 extra charge for children. They didnโt tell us about it. The jungle tour isnโt a jungle tour. You drive speed boats through the Mangrove trees to get to the ocean reef. Speed boats and snorkeling were fun but I would look for an experience that spends more time doing them.
