Amazing 10/10. The tour guide was very fun and the service was excellent!! The DJ was lit as well and I would do it again!! Isla Mujeres was so beautiful!! My bf and I went for our 2nd anniversary and it was the best!

It was so much fun! Our tour guide was getting lit with everyone and kept the catamaran going! the service was amazing too! the open bar got filled up so quick and the servers went around asking people if they wanted anything else! Everything was on time and was really amazing. 11/10 on the experience!!

My favorite part about this trip was the trip to Isla Murjeres! The water was so clear and the beaches on the island itself were even more clear than the Cancun water. The snorkeling portion was hella fun as Jaime and his crew made the excursion exciting, safe, and fun. The open bar on the boat is the way to go! I would definitely recommend this activity and come back (although be aware of upgrading your experience as an option if you want it to be more inclusive and a smaller party of folks on the boat for $50)!

This was one of the best agencies I’ve worked with having traveled over 10 years great food good service and great bartender. They catered to all ages as we were a boat of all ages! They even gave you tips
Of how to pay on the island… that is something you don’t get often. Overall I would highly recommend this excursions and tour!!!

Veronica and the crew were great. She was very informative and enthusiastic making sure the group stayed organized. There were plenty of beverages to be had. The catamaran we had was more upscale than other parts of the world I had been on. This is more so an adult oriented cruise. If you have kids under 8 or just over 8, there may not be snorkle gear that will fit them. BUT the snorkeling is only a small part of the excursion (25 mins roughly). Food at the lunch stop was delicious. The island - last stop had many great shops and place to eat so don't forget your wallet :-D

Great experience for a great price! Lunch that was provided wasn't so pleasing but you have more than enough time on island to eat shop and just relax! Had an amazing time!

Overall it was a fun experience. I agree with previous reviews that state there was not nearly enough time to enjoy the snorkeling portion and there are a lot of other tours in the same area. It would be nice to have more time to snorkel and venture off on your own rather than staying with the group. The food at the buffet was pretty good. The beach itself was beautiful and the water was amazingly blue! They definitely kept the drinks coming on the trip back, walking around giving shots of tequila and filling your beer up. The bartender did a great job of having drinks ready for grabs on the bar too.

The snorkeling was good but our favourite part was the party on the way back. The hosts were super fun and the view was amazing.

We had a wonderful time on the boat & with the snorkeling. Would have loved more time for snorkeling - it was quite short. However, we did have some bad weather, so felt lucky to get any snorkeling at all. Didn't care for the Isla Mujeres shopping shake-down. We kind of felt trapped & like there wasn't really anywhere to go or enjoy without paying money to sit on a chair. Lunch was good, and MOST drinks were included, but again, after lunch, there was no where to just relax & enjoy the island without paying more money for a chair. My 70 year old mother needed a place to sit, so we bought a spot. But it would be nice if the tour included a designated area to relax.

Okay where do I start our pick up time was scheduled for 8:50am no one showed up I contacted them through email and was advised they were running late. After waiting until 9:20 finally had our hotel contact the tour guide , we were then told that they were running late but we can get picked up at 10:50 or reschedule the tour. We decided to take the 10:50 pick due to the fact that it was our last full day here and we were also celebrating a birthday. Bus arrived around 10:55 the seats were way to close together and on top of that bus had no air. Once we got to check in we were able to upgrade to a smaller sail with less people with a few added amenities. Once we got on boat the experience was good. We were able to snorkel and swim. Drinks on board were okay, but diff didn’t lack any alcohol, drinks came back to back didn’t have to ask for refills. The crew were very good. Once we got to the island we were provided with lunch which honestly was just okay but it did what it needed to do. We had time to shop explore take pictures etc.The transport procedure was a little all over the place getting back but on the plus side once we got on the bus we did have AC. I would recommend a little more punctuality and organization when it comes to ground transportation when getting to and from the mariner. Overrall I would diff recommend it’s an experience worth having. And if you would rather less of a crowd the upgrades that they offer at the marina is worth it.
Don’t do it for the snorkel

If you are joining this activity for the snorkel experience, I would book something else. We were taken to a place with a bunch of other boats (and people). They didn’t have two flippers in my size (which I said was ok) so I was wearing one that was too small. When it was time to get in the water, a man (staff) on the boat yelled at me to be quicker. Despite me having to try to fit on a flipper that was too small. When in the water, they made us pack in like sardines and there was no room to even look in the water without hitting someone. The whole time the staff yelled at us to hurry up and to stay with the group. I got to look in the water maybe 2 times.
The boat experience was good if you’re looking for a party boat. We were ok with it but I’m sure some people would like to know before boarding. At the first stop at Isla Mujeres you’re given less than an hour, so there’s really nothing to do for that amount of time. People trying to sell you things left and right so be aware. You have to pay for a spot on the beach, and you’re there not even for an hour so it’s not worth it.
We enjoyed the female host, she was the main host. Most of the men just yelled at us, especially in the snorkel excursion. Wish we didn’t pay for this honestly.
