Everything is incredible in this country: people, food, chocolate. Iâm astonished with such a great diversity in one country. What has been my the best attraction so far? I think Xcaret with its harmonies around the underground River and dolphins and mantas . It has been something new for me. Chichen itza also was interesting .
Great experience!!

Norma our tour guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable. And didnât make us feel rushed. She and the driver had a good work ethic and were very professional. I believe his name was Roberto. We would definitely recommend.
Excellent Trip. Highly Recommended. Great Guide and Driver.

Our family of four did the the private tour of Chichen Itza Cenote & Valladolid on Thursday 30. December 2021. From the pickup at our hotel in the very comfortable van to the informative visits to the various sites, Alan (our guide) and Oswaldo (our driver) took great care of us and made it a fun day for all of us. Alan is a treasure trove of knowledge about Mayan history and the local culture. He even kept my younger teenager engaged! He helped us quickly navigate through the crowds at Chichen Itza - that saved us valuable time. The lunch at the hacienda where the Cenote is also located exceeded my expectations. My wife and I are vegetarians and they plenty of options for us. Our boys very much enjoyed swimming in the Cenote. Alan and Oswaldo were very flexible with the schedule and did not rush us in any of the places. We spent a little over a half hour in Valladolid which was plenty. Overall, we had a great time and I'd recommend this tour wholeheartedly.
Excellent experience!!

I took my kids to Chichen Itza, Cenote & Valladolid Tour. There was a total of 5 of us. We got off to a rough start. Our tour bus forgot to pick us up. It listed that my resort was one where they provided free transportation, but they never showed up. Luckily, the staff at my resort helped me track them down. The Viator rep I spoke to was trying to convince me to rebook, but unfortunately, it was our last day there and I didn't have a choice. Eventually, the rep agreed to provide us with a taxi for us to meet up with the tour bus at one of the stops, which made up for it (thank goodnes!). My group didn't get to sit together and that really was a downer, but I guess what's important was that we made it. After this bump, everything went smoothly. We had so much fun touring Chichen Itza, Cenote & Valladolid. Our tourguide was Alan and he did a great job at keeping us entertained and on track. The tour says it's a private tour, which it is, but it was also a bit misleading. You'll be in a big tour bus with at least 50+ other people. I imagined a smaller group. When you get to Chichen Itza, you get broken down to smaller groups and assign a tourguide. We had a lunch buffet at the Cenote. The food was excellent! My favorite part of the this trip was the Cenote. It was beautiful! It was also nice to dip in the water after a hot day at Chichen Itza.
I highly recommend this tour, but I would highly suggest you confirm with them regarding transportation...and if they missed picking you up..call immediately so they can coordinate you to meet up with the group.
