We booked the jet skiing via Viator prior to arriving in Cancun and booked the boat tour via their website for the same day. Both incredibly good value for money! We were not quite sure what to expect given the lack of reviews. I don’t know why there aren’t more because this place was absolutely packed to the rafters, I guess not many people come home and take the time to write reviews! Anyway, we arrived, presented our paperwork, showed our ID (DONT FORGET IT!) - we did but luckily we had pictures on our phones and paid the $15 USD each for the dock fee. We were very happy that we didn’t have to pay the $15USD per activity and that once we were in, we didn’t have to pay again. The staff were extremely friendly indeed and very welcoming! They gave us our paperwork and explained everything to the T. We booked the boat tour for 12. It was absolutely amazing! They explain how to control the boat and are incredibly funny! About 45 minutes out and then 30 minutes in the water snorkelling (they provide the equipment) and 45 minutes back. Make sure you take sun cream that is good for the corals (I.E biodegradable sun cream). The underwater museum and fish are amazing to see! We fell foul of this rule and ended up with some pretty lobster-like sunburn! The boats are easy to control and really really good fun! We swapped the driving when we got back in the boat and both had a great time! Sometimes there’s a little queue but you go as a Group and it’s better than any review that can be written on here When we arrived back, we were allowed a 30 minute break and then off we went on the jet skis. The area is ample to have fun and the waves aren’t as rough as over sites, so you could let loose and have some fun. They gave us the time when we left and weren’t hammering us to return. We booked an hour to make the most of our time and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend the photo and video package for both activities. You can either book on the site when you book the activities or book it when you arrive, the prices don’t change. We have some fantastic photographic memories of our trip and the photo team are incredibly helpful and energetic. The photo / video drone package are $50 per boat for the boat tour and $60 each for the jet ski package. Honestly, go do it and you’ll have the time of your life!

Loved the experience! We went online just a few hours before and picked a time slot and paid online. Showed up and got to the jet ski experience after filling waivers in less than 10 minutes. Our instructors were funny and genuine and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. My friend never jet ski before the instructor made sure she was comfortable before going out and she picked it up within 5 minutes. Hour experience was not enough! It's so fun on these jet skis. The instructor also took photos of us! After we finished, we bought some souvenir photos! WOULD TOTALLY DO THIS EVERY TIME I'M IN CANCUN!
My husband and I did the 60min jet ski tour and it was SO fun! The guides were absolutely wonderful and so nice about explaining how to use the jet skis. I was impressed that they stayed out there to make sure everyone was safe and comfortable. I was ready to go in early, but they stayed out with my husband since we still had time booked. Convenient location, great staff. Fun to do a little tequila tasting too!
Alex and Luis made sure you are safe on the jet skis and always available to offer pictures. I went for an hour and had a blast. The weather was nice and you get nice views.
Jet Skis were awesome. I did the hour and the guide was amazing. The jetskis are fast and customer service was great. The only problem is that we asked for separate jetskis and when we booked that’s what it says online. Once I arrived the check in host states that no it’s for one jetski (shared) the online website is tricky and doesn’t advertise the booking options properly. So in essence we had to share a jetskis. She even stated that she has to answer that question all day. Personally it was fun but would’ve been better without the inconvenience.
