About this activity
We are the only provider that actually has an educated coach, instead of solely a yoga teacher that only has expertise in yoga, or a meditation teacher that only has expertise in meditation. The coach will really follow your personal journey and development, and will steer and help as much as possible. Next to that, we have an extensive package of wellness and relaxion, but also combined with the local culture, food, and history. Normally, the tours include one extra activity to visit for example the Tulum ruins, but this wellness trips really introduces the traveler to the Mexican world. We acknowledge that wellness is not only yoga and meditation, but also hiking, cooking, etcetera.
