The coach will really follow your personal journey and development, and will steer and help as much as possible.

Normally, the tours include one extra activity to visit for example the Tulum ruins, but this wellness trips really introduces the traveler to the Mexican world. We acknowledge that wellness is not only yoga and meditation, but also hiking, cooking, etcetera.
