Sooo Much Fun!!

My family and I had a great snorkeling experience. The transportation from the hotel arrived a few minutes early, which was great! We were excited to go. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and provided hand sanitizer. They kept everyone in their group and socially distanced when we were provided all the necessary snorkeling equipment. Once on the boat, Andrea, Johnny and the crew were AWESOME!! My son & my Mom were both hesitant once they got in the water, so Andrea & Johnny personally took care of them while making sure the entire group stayed safe. My 8 yr old and my niece (12yr) were both engaged, asked questions and were all smiles. My entire family (all 9 of us) had a WONDERFUL time, and personally saw the effects of climate change and the importance of keeping our earth clean. I highly recommend this experience!

It was me and my 10 yr old son that went out and it was an amazing experience! The staff was absolutely the BEST! They made the trip fun and explained so much to us. The staff noticed that we weren’t the strongest swimmers so they pulled us to some of the spots and it made that much better! They knew the exact spots to see the fish and we saw a SHARK and a STINGRAY! It was amazing!

My friend and I chose this snorkel adventure, because we wanted the best, and we got it! From our driver to our captain and guides, the whole thing was amazing. We felt very safe all the time. We got to go to two different areas and both were so beautiful. Our guides made sure we got to see exactly what we came for. I loved the photographer, too. He made sure he got some great candid shots. Highly recommend this to anyone! I am 73, and in good shape. This does require some exercise.

Had an amazing time today! It was my husband and three kids first time snorkelling. The guides were so accommodating and patient with them! Especially with my son who has autism. The photographs are stunning! We visited two different areas of the reef and had tons of time to explore the beautiful and fragile reefs of Mexico. I have a whole new appreciation for how we need to protect our gorgeous planet. Once back to our resort, we spend the afternoon picking up garbage from the beach.

Pickup on time in nice clean van, with about an hour drive out to the Beach Club. Come dressed in your bathing suit and long sleeve swim shirt. First thing is a safety briefing, then you’ll have a chance use the restroom and put all your stuff in the free lockers. You have a little free time, before you head to the beach and climb into the boat. Snorkeling is in the open ocean and does require a lot of physical agility. Afterwards your served a local authentic Mexican lunch, very simple but tasty. Drinks are lemonade, coke, beer, and simple mixed drinks. Bring a towel, water socks, a dry change of clothes and money for crew tips. The facility is built for snorkelers, with ample clean restrooms, a changing area, outdoor showers, lounge chairs, picnic tables, hammocks, a store, and photo purchase area. Recommend

Pickup on time in a clean modern van. It’s not a far drive out, but construction out that way made a small delay. Once arriving to the cozy beach club, you receive many sets of safety instructions. The beach club has ample clean restrooms, free lockers, a store, hammocks, plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, and outdoor rise off showers. The facility is built for the snorkeling customers, not for beach access. Come to the park wearing your bathing suit, and a long sleeve rash guard shirt. Bring a towel, water socks to enter boat on the rocky beach, a dry change of clothes, and money for crew tips. This excursion is moderate, and not easy. Your in the open ocean and it takes a little physical agility. There were first time snorkelers in my group, but there were young good swimmers. My partner paid, but didn’t snorkel, and felt very comfortable staying onshore at the very nice beach club. The meal afterwards was an simple authentic local meal, and very tasty. Again too notch facility and staff.

Staff was fantastic. Reef didn't offer too much to see and too many people on trip. Guide had to corral too many people up all the time. The best part of snorkeling is to float on the top and watch areas of life. We were on the move the whole time and could not stop and just look. If you are an experienced snorkeler this trip is a bit too tame. Enjoyed seeing the "farm" where they were growing corral. Again the staff was fantastic!
