We (my husband and I) enjoyed this tour very much. It was our first time in Mexico and we do not regret paying extra to add the tequila tasting to our tour. I’m not a big drinker but I still enjoyed it. I definitely ended the tour on a little buzz, again I’m not a big drinker. The tour guides were very professional. Our assigned tour guide was Aldo and he was great. He was always in great spirits and you can tell he enjoys his job. He was very accommodating. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is in the Cancun area and wants to do any of these activities.

Our tour guide “George of the Jungle” was very professional, kind and courteous the duration of our excursion. For us, it’s a plus that someone enjoys what they do for a living and for George he was very attentive, very friendly, and maintained a professional attitude towards everyone involved. As the tour concluded the tequila tasting was great along with the Mayan Taco experience. For anyone who is a fan of water sports, ATV, and an overall adrenaline junkie, well this excursion is for you. Again thank George of the Jungle for a great and worthwhile experience.

Best Excursions for the money
james_g, 12-12-2022
I enjoyed all the excursions but if I had to choose it would definitely be the atv ride. The fish tacos were delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves
Amazing Time with Marlon
Alec_J, 12-12-2022
I will start this off with one slightly negative thing I have to say. There are some additional but optional fees when you get there. Such as upgrading to the VIP package. However this was not expensive at all and it was completely worth it. It gave you a bunch more time on the ATVs, extra ziplines, a private cenote, all you can drink margaritas and beer, and all you can eat tacos. Everyone there was so nice and fun. Our tour guide Marlon was one of our favorite parts about the entire excursion. He really made sure that we had the most fun possible. The ATVs were a blast and we could have spent all day going around there jungle track. The ziplines were a good time and made for some great pictures. But the best was drinking at and swimming at the private cenote. We had a great group of people with us who all just wanted to have fun and party and Marlon made sure that we did. Thank you for the amazing time and Thank you Marlon.
Cancun bucket list

We took a trip with 4 couples. We ended up doing a VIP excursion. I highly recommend it. We did the zip line, ATVs and a tequila tasting at the cenote. We had the funnest tour guide. We were laughing and smiling the entire time!
Best excursion in Cancun
Samuel_K, 13-12-2022
We had a great time riding the ATVs and going to the cenote. The ziplines were a little short but still a great time. We also had a great tour guide who made the whole experience better. I highly recommend upgrading for an extra $30 when you get to the private cenote and unlimited drinks. Thanks again for making this the highlight of our trip!
Would do this 100x again and again

I had the best time of my life. The activities so much fun and the entire team were super helpful. We upgraded to the private cenote package since the standard deal comes with pork tacos and we dont eat pork. But the upgrade was 1000% worth it! Tequila tasting of 6 different flavors and served us margaritas, Corona, soda and water with fresh guacamole and options between fish, chicken or steak tacos. All DELICIOUS!!

I thought I could drive the ATV but I couldn't so the staff took my friend and I in different ATVs and made us enjoy. Marlon and Alexander were AMAZING!! Their energy and making us feel secure was greatly appreciated!! The transportation takes long to get there but that is typical given Mexicos traffic, so be patient
Honeymoon Adventure in Mexico

This was a trip for our honeymoon, and we enjoyed each activity! George was a great guide…Santi did awesome with the tequila tasting, and the option to enjoy authentic tacos was a nice addition at the end.

Fun Experience But Be Careful Of All Upcharges
JustNonye, 14-09-2022
Me, my Mom and sister went June 12 2022. The weather was perfect and it wasn't packed. They do not play about the pick up time, they were very punctual. 5 minute wait time is 5 minute wait time- nothing more, nothing less. However, drop off took a lot longer because our tour group got split up so it took a while for everyone to get back on the bus. They do not allow you to bring your phone on the ATV and Zipline because of safety reasons. I brought mine anyway and took my own pictures but if they catch you, you will be told to put it away. However, you are allowed to bring your phone for the Cenote swim. The ATV path was very dusty. Wear something you don't mind getting dusty and dirty. Bring your own sunglasses and a plastic bag to wrap your hair because they charge like $10-$20 USD for those. The ATV path is very rough and bumpy. Two people crashed their ATV bikes. Ziplining was my favourite part. As they were putting on my ziplining gear, they forgot to put on my gloves which I found very unprofessional. They need some type of safety checklist in place because what if they forgot my helmet or God forbid my harness? Neither I, nor they, did not realize until it was my turn to go on the zipline and they were panicking and rushing to go send someone to get my gloves. They take you on three different lines and make you go upside down on the last line (if you want to). The other unprofessional thing that happened was that the photographer said he ran out of memory on his camera and did not take any pictures of me, my Mom or my sister while we were in the Cenote (I took my own pictures anyway with my waterproof phone case from Amazon). Because of this, we were able to negotiate the price of the photo bundle. Instead of about $85 USD for 12 photos, we paid $60 for all 130 photos so it came out to $20 USD for each of us. They will send you the photos via Airdrop so make sure someone in the group has an iPhone. Be aware, though, because they will not be the ones who will mention any type of negotiation to you. You have to be able to advocate for yourself like we did. At one point it seemed like the whole tour was just a cash grab. They will ask if you want to upgrade to a private tour, buy $60 USD-$100 USD bottles of authentic tequila, and purchase flimsy souvenirs and add-ons to your already free taco lunch. Near the end of tour, the tour guide will kindly ask for a tip and we gave him the 100 pesos for the locker deposit only because he was very friendly and outgoing. Overall fun experience and would recommend to others.
Cenotes and tequila!!
Q3406VRcraigm, 18-09-2022
ATVs were beat up, but that’s expected with inexperienced riders on vacation. Zip lines were decent considering geography of the land (no large hills or mountains). Cenote was by far best part of trip with tequila tasting and dinner. Food was good. We opted for the VIP upgrade but it was worth it. All the employees made sure we had a good time.
Suprisingly not bad
Arun V, 19-09-2022
I at first was very nervous about this booking because the first time I booked with this company they had cancelled on me. My second time around the communication was a bit better and they actually showed up to pick us up. The actual experience was pretty fun. Phones were not allowed on the ATV or the zip line only during the cenote swimming. The other issue was that there wasn’t really a “lunch” it was just two tacos and a water that is included so eat well before you attend. Over all the experience was very fun. Dress in close and shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty
Exciting and very complete adventure!
tabatham4j0z, 13-12-2022
Great experience with many activities. I personally liked the ATV's, you have more time compared with the rest of the activities. Don't forget to bring your mosquito repellent. We took a ride in a double seat bike, maybe because of the mud and dirt, sometimes the bike got without power to climb the terrain. I had to ask for a different one and it worked.

Zipline is great, maybe exciting for a first timers.

Cenote was kind of quick but we enjoyed it a lot. Very refreshing time after the whole activities.

Food is great! We asked for some sea food and it was well served and the prices for extra food which is not included are fair.

We didn't like the wearables, helmets were kind of stinky as well as the harness. The rest was excellent!
I will aware people to be careful to rent this kind of trips
Porfirio_A, 14-09-2022
The senote but is to short time wise
They charge me vip after that I paid drinks before start the trip that was 140$ also I got charged 70 more dollars for pictures I end that paying 350$ for that short amount of time I think was a ripoff
i was told lunch but instead we got Dinner after the tour if there had told us this i would have had lunch before igo
David_M, 15-12-2022
none all the rides was very short .and what is on line about the ATV experience was not like how it was advertise
Not What We Expected
Haley_B, 14-12-2022
Oh where do I begin..? We got picked up by a wonderful gentleman named Roberto at 7:25am, and then proceed to make a few more stops for other passengers. After 2.5 hours in the van, we finally arrived to the tour location at 9:45am.

From there it was an immediate grab for money - tour upgrades, gear, souvenirs, etc. We waited about 10 minutes to be given some general instruction/expectations, followed by a mandatory $10 locker fee which was half refunded at the end of the tour.

The cenote was really awesome and we were given ample time to experience the secluded spot. The ziplines were short but fun. The ATV might be different depending on the time of year, but for us was dry, bumpy and dusty, compared to the “muddy” mess that’s advertised. The ATV track is also really short, and we circled back on it a few times to just make up the 30 minute time slot - that was annoying.

After the main tour, we got to sample several types of real tequila!! Probably our favorite part! We did opt to purchase a few bottles. We didn’t have extra cash or a credit card with us, but they did have Apple Pay so that was convenient.

The taco lunch was okay, but they have additional food and drink options for purchase. There is a photographer with each group, so expect to be asked to purchase the picture package. We opted not to because out of 30 images we really only liked 2 and didn’t want to pay $69USD for them. We left the tour location at 2:00pm and got back to our hotel a bit faster by about 3:30pm because a couple people opted to leave early by taxi.

Overall, the trip didn’t wow us. The tour operators are very friendly and knowledgeable, but we didn’t appreciate the money-grab at every turn. We made sure to tip the guide and driver well!
Fun Enough
Dustin R, 07-01-2023
Not super extreme, but still fun. Ideal for 12-16 year olds.
Immediately once we got to the property we were solicited with ‘EXTRA packages’. Can’t bring your phone or a camera because of the possibility of loosing a phone or getting it damaged, but honestly my phone would have been fine in my pocket. Photos are $60 bucks extra for two people. Bring dollars not pesos! 16% card fee charged!! It cost $5 bucks for the locker that comes with a key. Everything ended up being an extra $85 bucks on my credit card for the day.

The Good:
Horse back riding was fun
ATVs we’re fun
Zip lining was the best
The lunch was really good
Didn’t do the swim but it looked like fun

The Bad:
No safety briefs/instructions before any of the events (except horse riding).
The staff kept encouraging people to drink before riding ATV’s which is a huge safety concern.

P.S
Make sure you look and see if you hotel is on the roster because you might have to take an Uber to one of their hotel pick up points
Ok, if you aren’t an adrenaline seeker
Stefanie J, 07-01-2023
Fun activities but definitely not extreme. Everything is an up-sale from the moment you get off the shuttle. They try to sale you on a bigger package, on goggles, on a face mask etc. You don’t need any of it. The cenote was the best part and it was a public cenote so we could have easily bypassed the company and gone on our own. The atv is one giant 8 loop that you follow the person in front of you going slow. No opportunity to actually ride on your own. There are 4 little ziplines that take maybe 15 minutes to do the entire thing. At the end, there is a tequila tasting with a sales pitch to buy. We don’t drink so they let us bypass and get our snack (also an up sale to purchase food) but then we had to sit and wait for an hour and 45 minutes for the return shuttle. The waiting between activities was longer than the actual activities.

If you are looking for an adrenaline rush, this is not it. If you have ridden atv’s before, don’t do this one. If you have never done any of these and are not an adrenaline seeker, this might be for you.
Skip this one

Like others have said, it is gimmicky and you are pressured to spend more money. I felt like I was corralled from one place to the next and each asked for money. The guides were super nice but you can tell they have said it all a million times. The zip like goes around the gift shop. Small! The cenote is public and crowded. The atv course is awful, dusty, and the atvs are hot. Ours had been running alllll day and we burned our legs. And the “double” atvs were no bigger so expect the person on back to have half of their body hanging off the back. All of the water pools were taped off. Nothing like the photos. And at the end you are pressured to buy the photos for $101 USD. Also there was a small fire show (2 people) who will come around with a big tip bucket to every table. We didn’t even see it cause we were sat in the back and hated being pressured for tips.
