Alfredo and I are certified guides in Natural Protected Areas and we both have our CPR/First Aid certification, we also are founders of Conexión Nativa Cancún a small local top rated kayak business with different adventure activities, you can check out our social media, we both are experienced and passionate kayakers and we truly believe we live in PARADISE.
Dany is a wildlife biologist and her love for nature and kayaking has been growing up since she lives in Cancún.
We have an intimate knowledge of the wildlife that live in Nichupté Lagoon and we know the best places for birdwatching and with the best wildlife viewings.
As pioneers in this mangrove expedition allow us to guide you in a UNIQUE experience and share our love for nature, no copies, the first and original KAYAK ADVENTURE ;)

Sammy and Alfred are awesome and so knowledgable!

My boyfriend and I had an awesome time with Sammy and Alfred as guides! We saw an alligator, rescued a boa constrictor, saw brown and green lizards, crabs, different types of birds, and so many fish!!!! It was awesome! Sammy and Alfred were great and I highly recommend this! My boyfriend and I are decent kayakers and there was another couple that weren’t as strong as us but Alfred or Sammy would go to the back and help them navigate when they got stuck and when they needed help. There was one other person who did a single kayak with us. Overall, Sammy and Alfred are wonderful people and made sure we all knew where we were going and how to get back to our hotels and what not at the end of the tour. I highly recommend this!

Had an amazing time! Alfredo was very knowledgeable about all the wildlife and personable. Good for all skill levels as we had experienced and newbies in the group. Definitely worth your time and money for a relaxing paddle through the mangroves.

I went with Alfredo on this amazing kayak tour. The journey was serene and Alfredo was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. It was a great escape from the busy cancun life and enjoy the nature. Definitely 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful, relaxing trip through the mangroves. The knowledge of the guide was excellent as they've kayaked around the area for 10 years. Do this trip if you can. And visit the restaurant next door to Marina Kybal, delicious food.

Wonderful tour through the lagoon and mangroves. Really enjoyed the trip & was very informative! Learned a lot about the various species and the mangroves. I can just recommend the tour to everyone who is visiting Cancun.

We had an awesome time kayaking in the Laguna with our guide Alfredo. He is very knowledgeable and you could see he’s truly passionate about the mangroves and the laguna ecosystem. The tour was nice and peaceful, we were provided with snacks and water and even saw a baby crocodile. It was the first time on a kayak for us, so definitely a good tour for beginners too. Highly recommended!

The excursion was most peaceful. The passing through the mangroves was beautiful. We saw some amazing stingrays in the clear blue water. Alfredo was very intelligent. He definitely knew his surroundings and he showed real appreciation for his environment. Alfredo is definitely a winner.

This kayak tour was a lot of fun. Great instruction and knowledge shared by Alfredo and Alex, the tour guides. The pace was relaxed, not too fast or slow. Everyone seemed to have a good time. Very professionally run. The best part is that pictures were provided for free. I definitely recommend this tour.

Alfredo is a wonderful guide. He said he books earlier morning kayaking trips by request, and I wish we got to see the sun rise. It was kayaking on the calm waters to be the first time I felt the stress melt away

This is so worth it! Kayaking through the national park, see some of the wildlife (potentially a nice sunset) and all while getting some information on the mangrove forests. I would definitely go again if I had the time. Please, if you do decide to take the tour, also be willing to protect the environment and perhaps even collect some waste along the way!
