The jetski and parasailing experience was awesome. Had so much fun doing the activities. The staff were nice and helpful. The only negative was that they did not take pictures of me and my wife during the jetski activity, but the person in charge was nice and apologetic about it as there was a camera mishap. Overall we had a blast and the parasailing photos were awesome.

This combo tour was very fun they picked us up at our resort. My bestie didn’t like driving the jet ski so they ended up taking us for a drive which was fun!!! Parasailing was so beautiful and relaxing!

Everyone was super nice! Sadly you only get 30 minutes of jet ski and the Parasailing portion could be over quickly if you're with a small group. Overall it was a fun experience and wish the Jet Sk portion was longer. Would book again

The experience was nice very nice. The men and woman taking photos who assisted us with parasailing we’re very nice! BUT we paid WAY TOO MUCH money for our time to be cut short. Especially on the jet skis we did not get a full 20 minutes let alone the 30 we were supposed to get. I was highly upset and the man actually admitted that we didn’t get our full time and tried to act like it was about to storm but it didn’t storm until 30 minutes later. When we said something about it (immediately after they took us off) and wanted a refund he GOT MAD AT US FOR REALIZING OUR TIME WAS TOO SHORT & tried to put us back on the jet skis, I refused because they should have never cut our time over 10 minutes. My jet ski also had a warning light blinking and I went back to let them know I was scared about it & one of the guys yelled at me and told me to “go play” because I was concerned about my safety. I loved the experience but the employees were unfair and sneaky. They tried to really GRINGO US! (Rip us off because we’re not Hispanic)

Jet ski was fun but smell like gas leak and needed oil & parasailing was extremely fun so beautiful but our photos were very blurry and dark could barely see us
